Royals fans have gone wild over Prince Louis' uncanny resemblance to Kate Middleton's father, Michael.
Taking to Kensington Palace Instagram, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, both 38, shared adorable photos of their youngest child keeping busy by painting rainbows to celebrate the NHS.
'Sharing a sneak peek of Prince Louis’s handiwork ahead of his second birthday! We are pleased to share images ahead of Prince Louis’s second birthday tomorrow, taken by The Duchess this April,' the caption read.
But royal fans couldn't help but notice the striking similarity between the birthday boy, and his grandfather, Michael, 75.
'He looks like Catherine’s father, Michael Middleton!' wrote one, while a second penned: 'So adorable. Looks like Kate's dad.'

A third commented: 'A little dote - the image of his Grandpa Middleton!'
The pictures of Prince Louis were taken at Anmer Hall, their Norfolk home, this month by his doting mother Kate.
In the snaps, the young royal can be seen dressed in a smart, blue checked shirt, and has the same heart-shaped faces, rosy cheeks and enchanting gap-toothed smiles as his brother, Prince George, six.
And the comparison didn't go amiss by eagle-eyed fans in the comments section either.
'Yeah he's the double of George,' commented one, while a second wrote: 'He's George's mini me!'

We haven’t seen Prince Louis since that adorable video of him clapping alongside his siblings, but it was well worth the wait as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released these snaps to celebrate his second birthday.
It’s clear to see the little prince is going to grow up with a sense of style as Kate has taken inspiration from her own wardrobe and that of William by dressing the toddler in a blue gingham shirt. Thankfully, the sleeves have been rolled up so he can get stuck into painting a masterpiece!

A third added: 'He looks like Prince George. Such a gorgeous child! They all are! Wishing him a very happy birthday,' while a further penned: 'How much does he look like Prince George?'
Meanwhile, with his brunette hair and defined brow, others could see a resemblance between Prince Louis and his mother, Kate.
'He is the double of Kate,' wrote one, while another agreed: 'He is so cute, He looks just like is mother.'
The adorable post has since garnered one one million likes and thousands of comments - with one well-wisher writing: 'Wow, he’s so big now! Adorable! Thanks for sharing with us.
A second enthused: 'Beautiful boy. Catherine- and William - you are doing an amazing job!'
