Despite her apprehension, Khloe makes it clear that she wants to have a "friendship" with the NBA star.

"Tristan's been really consistent and present and that's great, but I just haven't even thought of this part yet," she continues. "That I'm not going, which it's fine. We haven't talked about this yet, but I'm like, 'Does that mean I have to send True there by herself?'"

Although she wants to respect Tristan and his desire to see True, Khloe reveals she's not sure she's comfortable sending her daughter to Ohio alone. However, Khloe goes on to ponder if her stance is fair to True, who would likely go months without seeing her dad.

Understandably, Khloe finds herself envious of sister Kourtney Kardashian's arrangement with the father of her three kids, Scott Disick.

"Kourtney and Scott, at least, they're two miles from each other," Khloe remarks. "It just gives me anxiety to think I would have to send her anywhere. She's just a baby."
