According to TMZ, the U.S. Attorney Southern District of New York revealed that he has until April 10 to turn himself in to authorities for failure to pay child support.

The reality star owes upwards from $1.3 million in back child support. While these cases are usually handled in state court, the massive amount owed, the length of time he was in arrears, and the dispersed locations of the parties involved forces it to be dealt with as a federal case.

In addition to this large infraction, Stevie J was also criticized by the judge for ID'ing his probation officer's name on social media.

This all serves as the aftermath to the reality TV bad boy pleading guilty for failing to pay child support back in February 2017. After he fully owned up to the felony, he was ordered to cough up $1,304,835.86 and was placed on probation for three years, a penalty which would be lifted only if he paid off the amount sooner.
