This all dates back to last week when Ms. Evelyn Braxton alluded to TMZ paparazzi that Vince had physically assaulted her daughter in the past, and she was afraid he would eventually kill her.

"[I want him to] keep his hands off of my child. Stop before he hurts her or kills her," she told the photographers. "I love him, but I don't want him to kill my child. [It's] as simple as that — I think he needs to go and get counseling. I really and truly do, before someone gets killed."

This confession reportedly didn't sit well with Tamar and, according to Page Six, she is now refusing to film with her mother for their WEtv family reality series, Braxton Family Values.

"Tamar is not speaking to her mother right now after [Evelyn] told [paparazzi] cameras Vince needs to keep his hands off of her," an insider told the site. "She added fuel to domestic violence rumors."

The "Pick Me Up" singer is yet to confirm that there is any tension between her and her mother.

Meanwhile, the new season of Tamar & Vince premieres tonight at 9 p.m. on WEtv.
