According to TMZ, Drake-Lee recently filed legal documents that included a temporary settlement which showed that the Grey's Anatomy star agreed to pay $100,000 for both spousal and child support, in addition to $60,000 to cover her attorney's fees and other costs.

The report states that this will come in the form of three installments from his very first three paychecks from the medical drama series.

While this all seems to be handled with ease, their divorce still continues to be a nasty process, which doesn't seem to be following suit with this seemingly amicable report.
